Some prices that are listed on our web site are for online shoppers only and are not available in our store or by phone. Any item that is marked "Mail Order Only" may be ordered on-line or by phone, we do not carry stock in our shop.

How to order on-line, its easy.
After you have found the goods that you are after and have chosen the sizes/colours (where required) and quantities then click the “buy” button, this will then take to the shopping cart and show you what you have ordered with sizes/colours/quantities.

shopping you can either click the back button above shopping cart or back button on your web browser or by clicking in the product categories to the left.

Once you have completed your shopping click the “Proceed To Checkout” button. You will be will transferred to our secure server (SSL128 Bit Encryption) where you will be able to enter your details.

If by any chance that you have forgotten something or need to tell us something there is a space at the end of the process for you to write in.

Charging and Pricing.
You will not be charged for any product until the day of dispatch.


If for any reason we are unable to supply all requested items and an item is placed on backorder, it will be sent to you as soon as the item becomes available.

All prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive.


Overseas Customers.

We are quite happy to send any goods overseas but please email us with the products that you are interested in and we will work out the international postage charge for you, please contact us.

DOLLARS. All shipping charges are in Australian DOLLARS. We apply Australian DOLLARS to your credit card. Your credit card will show the correct currency conversion.


Ordering Online.

The Goodwood Saddlery online store uses 128bit encryption, which is the safest way of ordering on the Internet. This encryption is used by all major online traders world wide. 


Delivery Times.

We endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, but please allow between 3 to 21 days before goods are sent to you. Order early for Christmas.


Postage Costs.
No matter where you live in Australia, the postage is $1
2.95 per order & $29.95 per Saddle or Swag. We use Australia Post to send all our orders.


Products & Availability.
Occasionally samples are photographed, production styles/colours may vary slightly from the samples. All items on this catalogue have been included in good faith on the bias that the goods, as described will be available at the time of the sale. A failure by suppliers to deliver in accordance with the samples, description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Goodwood Saddlery reserves the right to substitute any product that may not be available with one of equal quality and design. All savings are based on Goodwood Saddlery normal price.  

Backorders.
If you have received an order and it is not complete the item may be placed on backorder, see the reverse of your invoice, when the goods are available they will be sent to you post free. If you do not wish to wait for a back order call us and we will happily cancel it.

Refunds & Returns.
All goods are covered by 100% Money Back Guarantee (excluding postage and handling charges). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition and packaging, along with all tags and a copy of the invoice docket within 14 days of receipt. We will then replace the goods for you or refund your purchase price using the method in which you originally paid (excluding postage and handling charges).

It is strongly advisable to register your returning parcel, as Goodwood Saddlery will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit. If you need to return goods that are the wrong size or colour, simply send the goods back to us with a copy of your invoice and returns form and we will happily exchange the goods. Exchange postage charges will apply. In order to process your return or exchange of goods, please include a completed returns form.

Horse Rugs.
We suggest that before the first use, you hose your new canvas rug to expand the fibres to make sure it is waterproof.  It is also a good idea to re-proof your old canvas rugs with a product such as Dry Seal each winter to keep up the waterproofing properties of the canvas.


Returning Horse Rugs.
Due to health regulations we will not accept any goods that are dirty or soiled, horse rugs MUST be clean & free from debris, if not they will be returned to you.
 

Ripstop.
Refers to the material & describes a way of modifying the wrap & weft of a fabric to enable it to contain rips & tears. Usually a man made toughened fabric this does not mean that it is impossible to rip. It will not stop barbed wire tears.
 

Waterproof.

This refers to the outer fabric of the rug, which will not allow water to pass from the outside through to the horse’s skin. Any rug advertised as waterproof is referring to the fabric used for the rug, rather than the whole product. This is because rugs contain stitching & fastenings that cannot be tape seamed to prevent water penetration. Although threads swell to fill stitching holes, movement is just as likely to stretch the seams. Ideally you should always be prepared to change a rug that has been subjected to hours of heavy rain for a spare dry one & dry off the original.
